Record Locator

In the aviation industry, a record locator refers to a unique confirmation number issued by an airline carrier when a reservation is booked. Record locator numbers are alphanumeric and usually six digits in length. Record locators are often known as booking reference numbers, booking codes, confirmation codes, or reservation numbers.
